With over 21,000m2 of interior space to manage in the main building alone, the facilities management team engaged CMIW to establish how the space was currently being used, identify potential for improved efficiency and ultimately if current leased overflow office space could be emptied to reduce overheads.
Our Study established that despite the complexities of the main museum building, one annex could close & teams relocate into the main building which would also improve communication & reduce time travelling between locations.
