Our client secured the final sub-let floor to be let in the Gherkin for their UK HQ and asked CMI Workplace to create the next generation working environment.
The design incorporates a number of flexible work settings such as focus rooms, cafe style banquette seating and dynamically bookable meeting rooms.
Orientation, always an issue in a circular building is resolved using coloured work zones with purpose designed lighting features in the main walkway.
The completed scheme is very space efficient with ISO Senior staff, metting room suite and all support spaces accomodated within the 1600m2 floor plate.
