New 900 Seat Contact Centre For Vodafone

Just completed, this 900m2 NIA interior has a number of innovative features including entrance portals, “pit stop” work zones, radial space planning of agent workstations and a chill out room with real fireplace!

Vodafone undertook extensive end user consultation to ensure the brief and the resulting CMIW design fully supports the business process. Being such a large space (interior is the length of a football pitch) we created a virtual 3D model of the whole interior to help Vodafone management see how the space would look.
