Work Well MKCMIW has teamed up with Milton Keynes Council and will be speaking and exhibiting at the upcoming Work Well MK – Mental Health and Wellbeing in the Workplace event on Tuesday 14th November 2017 in Central Milton Keynes.

Employee wellbeing is most definitely an important agenda item for employers and our goal is to raise awareness of the importance of the physical office environment on employee wellbeing and mental health, which in turn impacts on employee and organisational performance and productivity.

In our presentation, we discuss the tangible link between the physical office environment and employee mental health and wellbeing. We share advice that will enable you to make immediate changes to your office environment in order to improve your employee wellbeing and performance.

UPDATE: after the event, we turned our presentation into an informative blog. Read it here: How design can positively impact on wellbeing at work
